Emmitt~

Last week I got to take care of my newest nephew
Emmitt. He is 3 months old and a doll! You know
me and my camera~ Emmitt and Auntie Sue had
to have a little photo shoot--here are the results :)

The hunt for the perfect dress.........

So my brother Matt is getting married to a great girl this coming June.
It's been fun helping them plan and get ready for the wedding.
They couple asked Madelyn, Maggie and Olivia(my sis' daughter) and one
other neice to hand out the programs at the beginning o the ceremony
and also the bird-seed to throw at the end of the ceremony.
They are so exctied about this!! So Sal and I have been looking on-line
high and low for the Perfect dress for these 4 girls cause we wanted them
all to match. The colors of the wedding are pink and brown (gorgeous)!
There are 6 bridemaids and three will be in dk. brown and 3 will be in
a medium pink. We did not want to pay the prices @ David's Bridal b/c
we wanted the girls to be able to wear them afterwards and hand them
down :) So we started looking at Old Navy, Gap, Penneys, and so on
for a pink and brown dress. Well mom and I made a last minute trip
to Traverse yesterday and looked at every store there I swear and
finally we are walking past Gymboree in the mall and look in and see this
dress called the Neopolitan Dress!!! We were like "finally" This is the
dress. It could not be more perfect---it's elegant and something they
can continue to wear all summer. Plus we got 20% off each dress --woohoo!
Just wanted to give you a peak at what's been causing Sal and I stress for
the past few weeks-----lol!!!!! Mike just shakes his head at me :)

A naked girl and a climbin boy!

I can see now that there are big differences between
boys and girls. Now that I have a boy I notice it
a lot more--obviously :) This kid climbs on every-
thing!!! He is so busy but so good natured! He
climbed up on his play stand and started yelling
at me cause he was stuck:) I said, "i'm not gettin
you down until I get a picture----lol!!!


and then there's Mabel!! What can I say?
She brings laughter to this house several
times a day with her lil personality
and funny ways. She had been down-
stairs watching a movie and Mags and I
were in the kitchen baking. She comes
walkin up the stairs and after a minute
i turn around and this is what i see :8)

I said "where did your clothes go"
all she said was "they're downstairs"
Hopefully she is over this "i want to
be in the buff phase soon"-lol!!! :)

8 MONTHS AGO TODAY!!!!!!!!

WOW, CAN YOU BELIEVE ELIJAH HAS BEEN HOME FOR 8 MONTHS!
IT SEEMS LIKE FOREVER; YET IT SEEMS WE WERE JUST IN SUNNY
GUATEMALA ENOYING OUR NEW SON BY THE POOL! WE JUST LOVE
THIS LITTLE BOY SO MUCH!!

Napkins anyone?

This post is for Madelyn. She needs your help. Her class is celebrating 100 days of school very soon and their teacher asked them to take in a creation etc. that has to do with 100. She immediatly asked if she could take her napkin collection in. Well, she doesn't have near 100 napkins yet in her collection, though she has a very good start and some very "cool" napkins.

We were wondering if you would be able to help Madelyn out to reach her goal of 100 napkins by sending her some or dropping them off (we will come get them too:) Any napkin will do--as long as it isn't used--lol!!!!

We would appreciate this so much!!!!!!
